Pagi - Nasi goreng (1 senduk) + Mee goreng (1 senduk) + Telur mata + Air nescafe O secawan
Tengah Hari - Bihun sup + air kosong
Petang - Biskut tiger 5 keping cicah dgn air nescafe secawan + roti putih 2 keping (di ambil lps exercise)
Malam - Bihun tom yam + air teh panas
Exercise (30 minit)
